R&D Project leader interview

I joined the Gosselin company 3 years ago as a product designer in the research and development department. After one year the company gave me the opportunity to become project leader. Thanks to this job I can get to do a lot of different tasks and to have many new responsibilities such as new product development, budget set-up, industrial follow-up…

Working within Gosselin  allowed me to be part of the R&D team where a real professional cohesion exists. Business trips, decision making as well as maintaining a relationship with the different suppliers are very important to me from a personal as much as from a professional point of view.

Being a project leader is more than ever a question of organization, you have to be focused on the project lead time to respect the aims. Good IT skills are also required to carry out a project. The relationship between the different departments is really important to exchange information. Availability, meticulousness and the capacity to come to a decision are qualities that a project manager needs as well.
