It has been 8 years that I have been working for Gosselin now. I’ve first been hired as a moulds technician and a team leader substitute, after 5 years Gosselin gave me the opportunity to become permanent Team leader.

My jobs consists in ensuring an optimal production process in unit 2, as well as manufacturing quality products and shorten manufacturing lead times. As a consequence, I have to carry out many tasks such as managing my team and machine maintenance.

Being a team leader requires many qualities. First of all, you always need to be ready to listen to your collaborators, it’s a key point to maintain a good mood within the team. You also have to be rigorous, patient and quick to react to carry out your different tasks.

Working for Gosselin is such a good experience. It gives me the chance to manage a team which is a fascinating part of my job.
